Frequently Asked Questions
It’s still possible for you to queue at the service provider in the traditional way. The organisation’s ‘Skiplino Provider’ application allows you to book a ticket upon arrival.
To get started with Skiplino, all you need is a smartphone and an internet connection.
Once you’ve created an account, Skiplino will be able to calculate the distance between your location and the branch in question. The app will then issue a ticket number based on the estimated arrival time. This will drastically shorten or eliminate the time you have to wait on arrival. If you make an unexpected stop or are late for any reason, the app will automatically push the ticket back a few places to account for lost time.
Skiplino allows you to provide feedback, choose your closest location or branch, save your favourites and more.
Note: You can download the application in either Android or iOS. Skiplino will be developed for other platforms in the future.
There are three ways you can search for service providers on Skiplino:
1. Skiplino directory list
2. The built-in search engine
3. Built-in map
Before you book your ticket for a particular location, you’ll be able to see the number of customers that are waiting in the queue ahead of you.
Yes, Skiplino is a global application that can be used everywhere. Once a service provider sets up Skiplino, you’ll find them listed in the application as being available to be booked.
